We just had our walk in shower installed today. Ben and John were very professional, respectful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. We are very happy with the service and they are highly recommended. Joe was on hand with the rest of the team and he as well was very kind, courteous and professional. The entire team really did a great job and we couldn't be any happier.
Had tub and surround replaced Logan and George did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and professional. Really impressed on how finished product looks.
We� re very happy with our new walk-in shower, which was installed in a single day, in less than 7 hours. The new shower replaced an old stand-in the builder hadn� t probably installed and that had started to leak. West Shore made sure all of the old materials were removed and that everything was cleaned and water sealed before replacing with new materials. They removed a garden tub/shower combination and replaced it with a walk in shower. This was a fairly large garden tub. They had to move the drain and add piping. They finished the entire project in 8 1/2 hours. Ben and Dom did an excellent job in the project, as well as minimizing the cleanup needed in the attached bedroom.
