Kim, Tim, Gus and Sidney were the installers they were very professional they explained what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take . These gentlemen were polite and friendly and always made sure as to what was being done. I would recommend West Shore ... oh yes they removed all debris and cleaned up after themselves as well. I am pleased with my new windows

I was impressed from the time they walked in until the job was completed. Professional and completed as agree. Ben and George were the installers. Very polite and professional. Went over everything before they started the job and again when the job was completed. Neither of them picked up their cell phones the entire time. Quality and workmanship beyond my expectations! 5 Stars !!!
Josh and dom are outstanding working. They were punctual on arrival, tireless workers, with exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. They are hardworking, neat, Josh and dom are detail-oriented ; they answered all questions with alacrity and expertise. Both are genuine credits to West Shore Home. And it� s fine reputation for customer service and satisfaction. Without equivocation, these two technicians deserving of raises and promotions.
Steven our installer was excellent in performing his work. Very efficient. I would call on him again.
Great experience. Logan and Sidney arrived promptly. They were professional and offered great customer service. The project only took seven hours. They didn't leave a.mess to clean up. I am happy with my new tub and shower. My only complaint is the cost for the project. I think it should be under $5,000
The two gentlemen Michael Cortes and Kuame' Wine our installers were professional, well mannered extremely polite and did an amazing job. The both of them were very thorough in their explanations regarding step by step installation procedures and I personally would give them a raise and or huge bonus for their professionalism. Thank you Westshore Homes for an easy remodeling transition. Thank you again Michael and Q for your outstanding job performance.
