Matt Robinson did a great job on repairing my tub. It looks like a brand new! He explained everything to what was being done and what needed to be done afterwards.
Steven Heater and Brian McKenna were here and started promptly and efficiently with the shower demo and install. They were courteous, friendly, and thorough. We give them 5 stars. James and Chad came even through the sleeting to install our new shower door. They were done very quickly and did a very thorough job with the care explanation. We would give them 5 stars as well.
George Houck was great was able to fix my tub. now I can't tell there was ever an issue. Great job.
Had a walk in shower installed this week. They did a wonderful job and in just 1 day made my bathroom look great. I would highly recommend them. very courteous and cleaned up when done.
Chad Culver did an amazing job at installing our shower. He explained everything to my husband and answered any questions that we had. He was exceptionally mindful in terms of safety and making sure that he wore a mask. He worked quickly to get the job done. He was friendly! We will recommend Chad to everyone we know.
Chris and Erik did our walk-in tub and we couldn’t be more thrilled. True professionals . Never took a break from the time the arrived at 8 am til they departed at 3:30 pm .Cleaned up like they had never been there. Chris was very informative and willingly answered any questions. From our first visit with Mike Price (our salesperson) we knew Herl’ s was the right choice and we appreciate Mike helping us to choose the right colors and accessories
Evelio & Raul were very courteous and hard-working did a great job With the shower and framing out the water closet Jeremiah did a good job putting in the pocket door & Tim &. Luis did the final touches up. They all did a wonderful job on my bathroom came out Beautiful. I would highly recommend Herls for the quality of work and customer service.
