RecommendedThe initial install had a few issues. I called in and expressed my concerns and they were taken care of right away. They sent out John Brooks to access the issues. Then John Brooks came back out to fix the issues and he was so professional and fixed every issue to my satisfaction. He was polite and very efficient. I would recommend West Shore and especially John for your bath remodeling needs,

RecommendedMike C. and Joe D. were the Absolute Best! They were prompt, very professional, and very nice people, and the new shower is Amazing! I have a very old house and in removing the tub, they found a plethora of issues from the original install. They worked out solutions for the issues and installed the new shower in record time. RecommendedJeff, my consultant, was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in helping me design my new shower. Tony and Kevin, the installers, were awesome. They were extremely professional, showed up on time, worked the entire time (not once did I see them texting or talking on phone), and they paid attention to detail.
