RecommendedThe initial install had a few issues. I called in and expressed my concerns and they were taken care of right away. They sent out John Brooks to access the issues. Then John Brooks came back out to fix the issues and he was so professional and fixed every issue to my satisfaction. He was polite and very efficient. I would recommend West Shore and especially John for your bath remodeling needs,

I have a very old house and in removing the tub, they found a plethora of issues from the original install. They worked out solutions for the issues and installed the new shower in record time.
