He started with a very pleasant and professional greeting. This was followed by a review of what he was going to do. He clued me in constantly on what he was doing, always asking if I was satisfied with each process. His work is that of an artist with very special attention to detail. RecommendedWe just had both bathrooms in our home updated by Herls and Brandon Brady and his helper Brian did a fabulous job for us. They worked late in the day to finish up the larger bathroom and got the smaller bathroom done in the second day by 3 pm. The three workers were very pleasant and very professional. Brandon kept us well informed of everything he was doing. We are very pleased with our new bathrooms! Herls was a great choice for this project!

RecommendedOur installer, Brandon Brady, did a 5-star job this week, pulling out our old tub/shower unit and installing a beautiful Jacuzzi soaker tub and shower combination with acrylic walls to the ceiling. In addition, we chose to have simulated tile flooring installed. Brandon and his assistant did the work as though it was being done in his own home. We’re very impressed with the professionalism and level of care and cleanliness with the job and highly recommend their work!

Calmly, professionally, and adroitly handled a number of plumbing and construction surprises hidden behind the existing walls. The work spaces inside and out (and the path between) were thoroughly cleaned at the end of each of three long work days, and the end product is seamlessly blended into/with the existing space.

RecommendedKudos and 5 stars to Kyle McGuinnis. He arrived on time, made sure all of the affected carpets were covered before he brought the first tool in. He took the old fiberglass steam shower out in 5 or six pieces so as not to damage the stairway walls. He cleaned as he went along during the whole 2 day process. When he left, the bathroom was cleaner than when he arrive. The end product was professionally done and exceeded all our expectations Thanks Kyle!
