Steve Knaub came out to do a minor repair on the flooring for our bathroom conversion job. He went out of his way to make sure we were treated with respect and care while fixing the minor problem. RecommendedMy beautiful new walk-in shower was installed on Saturday. We waited the 24 hours to use it, and when we turned it on we found the shower head leaking. Steve Knaub showed up today and fixed in less than 30 minutes. My entire experience from the planning to now has been great. The installers, Kyle and sorry but I don’t remember the name of the young man with him, were on time and finished. Each person has been respectful, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend Herl’s, 5 stars all around!
