RecommendedI may have some issues with the company, but the installer Bronte' Cephas is a dedicated employee who takes a great deal of pride in his work. He did a fantastic job for us.
Our bathroom was renovated by Bronte Cephas , who was prompt , courteous, and professional. He explained all that he was going to do, was very respectful of our home, and was extremely organized in set up and cleanup Bronte was a pleasure to deal with.

I called Herl’s about redoing an older shower in my basement that was built in the 70’s. I worked with Joe from service and Brandon who was the main installer and a couple of other guys who installed the shower door and took care of the finishing. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my results. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful bathroom. I also like how when you call them you speak to a person and not a recording!
With the memory of a difficult bathroom project still very fresh, I was reluctant to attempt another one. I kept seeing Herl’s Bath commercials, and I liked what I saw. Then, I saw their exhibit at Dover Mall. The representatives I spoke with were friendly and professional. I shared my prior experience and they convinced me to give Herl’s a chance. The work man who worked on my bathroom, taking out the tub and putting in a shower stall in in its place was very good at what he did. I'm very satisfied with it all.
Working with Herl’s has been a pleasure. The staff we encountered at the OC Home Show, in our home, on the phone, and on the job site have been friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Our shower was installed on the date promised and is absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend this contractor.
