RecommendedWe had Herl's completely remodel our master bathroom taking our jetted bath tub out and installing a custom standing tile shower. They were a complete joy to work with. They were fast and efficient with everything and very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their bathroom!!

2 months ago I had Westshore Homes come out and install a new shower. I have had nothing but problems since. Had to have a repair guy come out 3-4 times within 2 months. Very disappointed.

Their communication is not existent, called about installation issue over 2 weeks ago and no response. wrong Windows were installed, locks would not work on two windows so they cut the tops and one of the windows falls down from the top. called again on Thursday and was assured someone would return my call. I am a senior and this is clearly home improvement fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR HERL's!!!!
I was considering hiring Herl's but my gf just had them give an estimate on her bath. Everything looked good until the salesman tried to force her to make an immediate decision. He offered a discount of over $1000.00 but it was only good while he was there. He said it was company policy. I was in sales for years. That 'offer' is nothing more than a high pressure tactic to prevent potential customers from seeking competitive prices or properly considering Herl's proposal. They lost her business and mine. After spending our valuable time with a salesman in our home, we were never able to get any kind of pricing figure to compare with other contractors unless we spent even more time at their showroom. Picking out particulars is one thing, but not being able to know if it's a $500 job or a $5000 job is ridiculous. It was a complete waste of our time. I do NOT recommend contacting Herl's.....
