It was a pleasure to work with a company who was honest from the start. The product is exactly as described. My husband works in customer service so he is very exacting with businesses we deal with. He was very impressed with the work and the workers.
Nathan Musto and Josh Tyree were so nice , they ever stopped working to get the job done. They were both so polite to us, and if I would ever need something done again I would ask for Nathan and Josh.
This project was done all in one day. They kept us abreast of what all they were doing and cleaned up after it was done Austin, Joe S were the first to show up and they worked their butts off doing the demo of the old tub. James Scogin & Haley showed up later and helped the other two install the new shower Our salesman showed up the day of installation to check on everything � �

This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. They are not the most reasonable but are good quality in any customization and professionalism. I want to mention the following installers as they were very accommodating and cared about their work. Nathan Musto,Joe Smithey, Josh Tyree, Derrick Hendrix all did a great job. They left everything nice.
The workmen showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They got right to work and finished removing the old tub and installing a walk in shower in 6 hours. They also cleaned up before leaving.
AJ, Robin, and Steven were excellent installers and really courteous. Dean was an awesome salesperson and never pressured us. We will use them to install a walk-in shower in another bathroom soon.
Nathan Musto, Brandon Norris, and Josh Tyree did a great job had wonderful customer service made sure I was satisfied and made great improvements to my bathroom will recommend West Shore Homes to my family and friends had a great experience
