James Smithey, Haley Youngblood did an awesome job in my bathroom remodel. The professionalism and quality of work was wonderful. I was very pleased with my bathroom, would definitely recommend west shore home.
The entire team is fantastic Kari Davis (sales), James and Haley (installers) very professional in all they do.
Will definitely use them again. You can tell by their words and actions that their main priority is to make the customer happy with their new shower. There was a miscommunication but it was quickly handled in such a professional way by all involved. It is so refreshing to come across a company that stands by their word. The installers, Steven Crawford, Sean Jackson, and Kevin Logan were prompt, courteous , and hard working. During the installation, We were able to check their progress and ask questions. Our floors were protected with covers and the area they worked in was cleaned before they left. The shower project was a success. It is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend them to others with a similar project.
The company didn� t ask for payment till the job was completed to our satisfaction. They offered options and worked with our budget. The installers, Austin H. and Steven C. were in and out in one day and the job was amazing! They were very professional and made sure we liked it before they left. I� d definitely recommend them!
I had a walk in shower put in I love it Mr James smithery and Mr Kenneth killingsworth done a very good job they was very nice thank you all very much
Great experience with this project. The crew delivered in everyway. Installed in just one day and that included the demolition of the existing bathtub insert. Any issue that came up was fully discussed with me and they made sure I understood it and how it would be taken care of.
