If you have seen the commercials, they do exactly what they say they will! The rep Kevin who drove over 2hrs on a Saturday morning was on time, very polite & knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me & answered every question & I had a ton. I was amazed at how quickly the process took, 13 days after meeting with Kevin, installers were at my door 10 minutes earlier than their scheduled time even after driving over 2hrs.
