They were consistently polite, on time, and did what they promised in the time promised. They cleaned up after themselves and educated us in care of our new shower. Very pleased with the service and product.
Brad arrived on Time, was very pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job installing my new shower.
West Shore arrived on time and did the shower install within one day as promised. They had to return to fix shower door slide track. It was originally glued but was secured with a screw the second time. I had to push customer service to get the tech back quickly for this fix. The shower wasn't usable until this was fixed.
Meet Adam Beaman, who was on time. He introduced himself then begin to go over the work he would be doing. He pull out the paperwork and begin recalling all the items including the color. Wow I was impressed. Then he begin working. This man is truly awesome when it came to putting my shower stall together. In the end the work looks magnificent as if it had always been there.
