Poor quality of work, didn� t clean up after themselves; left cigarette butts in my mulch & food on my driveway (ants ants ants everywhere). Hooked up the hot & cold water to the shower backwards. Were not to touch the vanity but removed the trim I am guessing because of the new floor, replaced it with white trim against an oak vanity & gray floor. When the guy came back out to make corrections he refused to change the trim because the contract said they were not to touch the vanity! So now i have to pay someone else to fix ... read more

Way to expensive for what you get and only 1 year I devepled mold stains which I was told would not happen. Called to see if they would come out and recaulk and was told there would be a service call .and was no longer under warranty.

Ordered service. Had to wait 4 weeks for door replacement to be done. Day came for the one day replacement. Door went in. Storm door was wrong size. Was told it would be 2 weeks until storm door could be installed. 4 weeks later after 3 calls, storm door was finished. The billing was already sent to the loan department even though door was not finished. I received no discount due to breech if contract and extended time it took to finish the job. I will never use this scam company again. I will not recommend them either.
Will W and Joel T were absolutely great installers. Efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team. I think the walk-in shower is a bit overpriced, the sales process was like buying a car, I mean it is what it is, why the back and forth on the price? Definitely pressured to buy, agree now, and get a certain percentage off. Why? What is the price of the darn thing? Buying one from Lowes and hiring a good handyman would have cost half. They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.
