Way to expensive for what you get and only 1 year I devepled mold stains which I was told would not happen. Called to see if they would come out and recaulk and was told there would be a service call .and was no longer under warranty.

Ordered service. Had to wait 4 weeks for door replacement to be done. Day came for the one day replacement. Door went in. Storm door was wrong size. Was told it would be 2 weeks until storm door could be installed. 4 weeks later after 3 calls, storm door was finished. The billing was already sent to the loan department even though door was not finished. I received no discount due to breech if contract and extended time it took to finish the job. I will never use this scam company again. I will not recommend them either.
Will W and Joel T were absolutely great installers. Efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team. I think the walk-in shower is a bit overpriced, the sales process was like buying a car, I mean it is what it is, why the back and forth on the price? Definitely pressured to buy, agree now, and get a certain percentage off. Why? What is the price of the darn thing? Buying one from Lowes and hiring a good handyman would have cost half. They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.
My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. There� s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldn� t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom.
It was a difficult job due to a previous remodeling handyman's excess use of concrete which had to be jackhammered out.
Great looking product. However the installation not so professional. Looks like a "DIY" job. And, this is after the first shower they installed was measured and cut so bad it had to be replaced. Way over priced for what you get. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
