Ty T and Daniel T were here at 8:30 and done by 1:30. My wife and I were impressed. Not only were they fast and efficient, they worked well as a Team. Everything that was promised in regards to cleanliness and clean up was 100% accurate. In addition to us digging the new walk in shower. These guys were awesome and had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed hanging out with them for 4 hours. One last point. When Ty was going over the do's and don't of the new shower. I told him, he did good work. Brian, Zac & Dennis did a great job.
We had to have one of the shower doors adjusted. Frank from West Shore came out and in only a few minutes the door worked fine. He was very personable and explained the problem completely.
Installers were here right at the scheduled arrival time. Installation was complete with in 7 hours. Michael R and Daniel T. were very professional and everything was cleaned up after the installation was complete. We are very pleased with our new shower. My husband has MS and this new walk in shower will provide a must easier and safer access for him. The only complaint is , the shower curtain rod will not stay up. After watching several bathtub renovation ads, we chose West Shore Homes. We scheduled an in-home appt with Rep. Bob Wood. He was very professional, well versed on the product and answered all our questions and made our decision very easy to make. Pedro D. and Jordan C. were our installers and arrived promptly at 8 am the day of installation.
