Very pleased with West Shore from John, the salesman to Caylen W and Jacob S. , the installers! John was not high pressure, presentation professional and helpful. Caylen and Jacob were also professional, friendly, explained everything very well. Cleaned bath and shower and offered to vacuum but I declined their offer. They really deserve more than 5 stars.
Our design consultant was Desmond. He was very thorough and professional. He helped me to make the right choices for my needs and very friendly and patient. Cody T and Alex W were our pros for the installation of our shower. They were very professional and neat with their work. They were very thorough and quick with the installation. I would recommend them and West Shore Home to anyone needing remodeling of the bath.

We hired West Shore to install a shower for us , our experience from sales to installation was excellent! Matthew was our design consultant he was very patient with us while we made decisions and offered us many choices to choose from. Daniel T and Gilbert I were our installers and were very professional and very clean with there work. They worked quickly and even let me sneak a peak from time to time. I would recommend West Shore for your remodeling needs.
Dexter and Savion were very polite, professional, kept a very clean worksite, they went above and beyond to make sure things were done exactly the way we wanted them done and that our expectations were met. They know what they are doing!
TY AND OSCAR DID GREAT JOB
Ty Timmons & Oscar Mendoza arrived on time and didn't stop until the work was complete. They did a fantastic job. Left my home clean and were a joy to work with. I've already 'showed off' the new shower to my neighbor (and they just left at 2 pm today!). Thanks guys!
