Great job by the installers Dexter F. and Alexander W. they got with me before during and upon completion. Both were professional and followed COVID protocol.
Both people were polite and hardworking. Absolutely amazing. 5 stars for Travis Black and Alexander Wilson.
Even though there was an unexpected task, they still finished on time. And did great work.
This project was topnotch. The craftsmanship was simply outstanding. They showed up on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan Elliott, Travis Hoyle, and Joe Caljolo were the men who installed my shower. They did and excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Joseph, installation manager and his helper showed up on Saturday as expected. I am handicaped and needed bath tub removed and shower installed. Project was completed in one day,as advertised. Cost was as I agreed. They cleaned up and were very professional.
FANTASTIC JOB! We had a tub converted to a shower. The craftsmanship by our installers Ray Pollard and Jermaine Patterson was simply outstanding! Our design consultant, Stephanie Prince also did a wonderful job as our initial contact. Every detail and option was carefully explained and the follow up by WestShore was excellent. the first time tub was installed it was not level. They came back out redone project to our satisfaction. Roy and Jermaine were very professional.
2 men were very nice and thorough with the steps involved in completing my shower and kept me informed at each step. Enjoyed the 2 men.
From the point of contact with Zachary Smith to the Installers, Travis Hoyle and Ryan Elliott, it was a smooth and satisfactory transaction. All parties answered questions to my satisfaction. Travis and Ryan did their duties with great resolve as it was a long day for them. My new shower area is magnificent! Great product and great service.
