Ray Pollard and Travis Hoyle took out my old bathtub and installed a beautiful walk-in shower. I am having knee replacement surgery in January and this walk in shower will come in handy as I recover from that surgery. Ray and Travis are professional and polite. They were here on time and had my shower installed and cleaned up in 8 hours. Thanks
Ray Pollard and Travis Black of West Shore Home of Charlotte traveled 5+ hours to help out the West Shore Home Virginia Beach office with a bathtub and shower replacement on the second floor of our condominium. They were experienced and knowledgeable about their work. They arrived as promised at 8AM and were finished shortly after 2PM. Travis Black and Zach were prompt, curtious, followed Covid safety guidelines by wearing masks and social distancing. They worked extremely hard with no breaks that we could tell, and completed our tub to shower conversion in one day. The shower looks great and we would recommend this company to others. The job was done within 2 weeks of being ordered which was another bonus.

Cody Tingler & Alvin Miller did a great job. They arrived on time and started work. Very professional experience. Cody & Alvin were very friendly and wasted no time. Except for a short lunch break, they worked til the job was finished.Other than a small problem with the shower glass door, which, for some reason was not on the work order, Cody and Alvin did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

Cody T. and Travis H. did a great job. The shower looks wonderful. They also did a great job cleaning up after they finikshed the installation.
Tim Jobe and Jeff Farr were great craftsmen who did a fabulous job and cleaned their mess. These two went beyond expectations, worked diligently and completed the work in a very timely manner. Would I use these two again? Definitely!!
