Sales and workmanship was first rate
The install hasn't taken place yet but I've been pleased with the company so far.
both crews were great, did a professional job and cleaned the area after installing two exterior doors and two storm doors.
wonderful deal for the money
Installers were a great team. Shower was installed in about 7 hours. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a new walk-in shower.

14k later i have a damaged floor along with a damaged ceiling in my down stairs. Also after the renovation I had drainage issues. Another $400 later the drain was fixed. There was material from the demo found in the drain. West Shore said it was not their problem. Their plumber who damaged my floor who came back out to repair the leak that he caused that damaged my ceiling made it clear it was not his problem nor is it West Shores problem. Over priced bs. Material alone under 2 grand. Charged 13,000 . Avg was about 1600 an hr. The shower leaks instantly it's not properly sealed. But overall the workers are great. Not an issue with the guys who actually did the job. For their part I can say job well done. But for that price it should be damn near perfect.
