Itâ� � s been a horrible experience. They put in a window that wasnâ� � t able to get a permit. They had to take it out and replace it. The replacement windows were defects. They had to remove them and put new windows in again 3rd time. Now itâ� � s been three weeks and they havenâ� � t helped get my windows a permit. They are all promises but do nothing!!! Please donâ� � t hire these people. Nice enough to your face but then you canâ� � t get what you want. They get their money and you never see them again!

It looked great. I liked the installers. I had a minor problem, and they were quick to respond. Great people. However, after only a few months, mold started growing under the clear sealant they used. They cleaned it and reapplied the sealant, telling us the problem was fixed. It is now moldy again, and getting worse by the day.�
the shower is nice although not yet done.WE did have an appointment made and they did't have the parts to do the job.I did take off work,so I lost a days wages.

Little on the expensive side
They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.
My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. There� s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldn� t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom.
It was a difficult job due to a previous remodeling handyman's excess use of concrete which had to be jackhammered out.
