The installers were very proficient and professional. The finished product was worth the investment in our home.
Hector and Devin were fabulous! We had a little snafu but between these guys and our sales rep Brandon all was solved within minutes! These guys rocked it!
We had our shower/tub combo removed back in August and a walk-in shower installed in its place. The two gentlemen who installed it were fantastic (Hector L. & Nick P.)! They were here on time and were very respectful. Our dryer vent, for some reason, was under our shower/tub combo so it had to be moved. Hector wasted no time in getting that done. Last year I was finally able to replace all the windows in my home. The team was prompt, very professional and had great teamwork ethic. Several months ago during an altercation on my street my front window was shot. To my surprise West Shore Homes was kind enough to come out and replace that window for me at no charge! I am grateful for that and would recommend them to anyone.

From the Design Consultant (Heath Sizick) to the installation guys (Jon G & Dan) were here early and did not take any breaks. What a great job we love it, the only bad part is I have to wait 24 hrs. To use it! Thanks to all the West Shore staff
