William and Jameson were very Professional, polite, friendly, and are a valuable asset to West Shore Homes. I highly recommend these 2 any job I needed done.
The 3 gentleman who came in to work made sure we knew what was going on. They were polite and worked very hard the entire time they were there. They allowed us to peak in on the progress o their work which was really nice.
The installers were very professional at all times! They worked a full day without a break. They lined the floor to prevent any of the materials from falling on the floor! They were so quick and quiet you almost would not have known they were in the house! They were very polite with their conversations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! 10 stars! �
The entire crew was very polite and respectful to my elderly mother. She was comfortable with them because they kept her in the loop of what they were doing to make her a safer, more open area to shower. We are pleased with the outcome and would gladly recommend them to family and friends!
The installers did a great job. The shower is great as well. It was more expensive than we would have liked. but we are happy with it. The reason I gave the customer service a lower score is that we had an issue with one of our grab bars and our shower curtain rod and it took 6 weeks for them to resolve an issue that took 30 minutes to fix. Ryan Jonik was the technician that came to fix the issues. He was great and did a wonderful job.
