Jim Halloran was an excellent consultant. He knows his product and is so patient and professional about explaining everything. West Shore Home installers, Richard Clark, Dan, and Nick, arrived promptly on our scheduled date and were extremely professional. They completed the renovation ahead of time and we hardly knew they were there. They were very efficient and the clean up was exceptional. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home to anyone wanting a bath remodel.
The team (Corey Hemingway, Nick, & Shaunn came and installed our new bathtub in one day. They were professional and friendly to talk to. They did an excellent job and it looks wonderful. We are so happy that we decided to have West Shore Home complete this project for us. We highly recommend this company. They do what they say they're going to do and right on time!

Excellent work..on time and completed and cleaned-up by midafternoon. Sells person was very professional and very helpful during the initial process.
Haven't used the shower yet but it looks beautiful. Rob and Sean did the tub to shower conversion. They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. Completed the job in a timely manner and did a good clean up when done.
