West Shore Home sales rep was very informative and professional on the choices and the style of our shower. She gave us the time schedule and the amount of time it would take. After a few days I was called because they were able to push me up earlier than the date scheduled. The team arrived, Sean W. and Zach C. These two gentlemen were very professional and clean. Earl Vereen and crew did a great job. They were very professional and kept the job site very clean. The shower installation turned out great with a nice clean look.
Will R and Caleb were professional and courteous. They did a great job removing my old shower and installing my new one. They kept everything clean as well, and deserve more than the $20 bonus.
Derek, Charles and Dan were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to everybody! The process of getting a new handicapped shower went flawlessly. Earl Vereen went above and beyond. He was courteous and caring he took care of our home like it was his own. They were just on time. Answered all of our questions and cleaned before they left. The installers for West Shore Home, Dylan and Evan arrived on time. They were very professional young men. Dylan briefed me on what they would be doing. Then they went to work and did not stop until 7:30 PM. My wife and I were blown away by the skill of these two guys. It was obvious they were very well trained.
