We had a new shower installed a few years back, and we recently noticed there might be a gap in the caulking and we had loosened the door handle over time. We called them and they sent someone out the very next day! Frank Scofield did a wonderful job of taking care of those things and was quick as well. Very good experience!

Jaden and Carl did a beautiful job. They removed the old tub and installed the shower all in the same day and cleaned up behind themselves nicely. Having the gorgeous shower also gives me more room in the bathroom.
This was our second job with Westshore. We had another shower installed two years ago. It looks as new as the day it was installed. Very conscientious installers. Good team. Finished in one day. Good customer service.

My sales rep, Chase Fountain, was extremely knowledgeable and sincere. My installer, Allen Shoemaker, was very courteous and did excellent work.
Serviceman was Frank Scofield. Very nice man. Courteous. Clean, professional friendly. Came in, repaired our door, and left. I'm very happy for the way the man handled the problem. This is the 2nd project west shore has completed for us. They may be a bit expensive, but their garentees hold true. If I had more bathrooms and doors that needed upgraded, my first choice would be west shore
West Shore Home is an excellent company to do business with. From the presentation to the finished product they are professional in all areas. Shower reinstalled after first one leaked and water puddled in pan. Jaland and Carl did the reinstall, and it does not leak or puddle.
