Everyone I dealt with with West Shore were very professional & knowledgeable. Daniel & Justin did an outstanding job. The final result was better than I had hoped for. I was very satisfied with the shower remodeling. Chase did a great job in getting me a great price.

The installers Corey Blackwell and Carl Cross was very Professional and toke pride in their work. They talked to you about the job they was doing. The job they done was a great job. Had the second shower put in from them and my tube out and it is beautiful now. I love it thanks West Shore homes.

The guys, Dagen, Jaden, Aaron and Christian all did a great job. I like that it� s all done in one day. The sales person was great and even came by to check on the install this afternoon.
Great experience all the way around! The salesman, the company calling with updates on when the install would occur, the installation guys � all were wonderful in helping me upgrade my elderly parents home from a tub to a step in shower with lots of safety features. Very courteous, and checkered throughout the install process on placement of shelves, safety bars, and shower head. Highly recommend!!
Great customer service the installers are very careful with installing. They put covers down on the floors. Had a shower pit in and they completed it in one full day. Had a minor issue with the caulk and the repairman Phillip Wallace was very informative to me and actually fixed an issue I didnâ� � t see. A+ service from the office, sales and repairs.
they did not leave until the project was finished
