Superior customer service. Our installers (Curtis R, Russell, Jon and Blake) were constantly cleaning ..they were fast, efficient and very respectful of our home. West Shore stayed in constant contact with us and even gave us an opportunity to move up our install. The product is very fine and it only took them 6 hours to complete the install of 10 windows and clean up after themselves (and that included a 15 minute break). I cannot recommend them highly enough
On 2/16/2021 The installers came to put in my walk in shower. Mike F, Mike S and Lee were Courteous and professional. They took care of business!!! Eric the salesman was knowledgeable of the product and communicated well. This company operates in a spirit of excellence. Throughout the install, we were kept in the loop of things. They treated my property and my bathroom as if it was theirs. At the end of the install, they cleaned up and made sure that we were satisfied with the work and clean up. Great experience!
I remodeled 2 bathrooms with 2 teams of workers. The first team, Josh W., Cody R., and Glen arrived on time and were very professional. The second team, Reginald Green and Chester Leckner V. arrived 3 hours later. The project was completed in less than 8 hours. They did an excellent job.
Chris M. & David did a superior job. The install went without a hitch & was completed in about 4 hours. They left the area cleaner than what they found. I'm very impressed, and both workers were pleasant, professional, personable, and highly skilled. A+

Quaid, Davids, Daniel were awesome. They came in an introduced them self and went over what we wanted done. Every time they need to change something they came to us and talked about how they could fix the problem so that it would be beautiful. We were very happy with there work. I recommend to any one that want to up date their bath room. West shore Homes are the ones to call.
