They were very nice and professional. I had to have a new shower rod and Frank Scofield was very nice when he came and completed my repair. Megan in customer service was amazing to deal with trying to get my problem fixed, I know she never gets the recognition she deserves but thank you Megan.
They did what was expected....workers knowledgeable and very courteous. My shower looks great! I know the step-in shower will be easier than the old tub.
Installers were great. We were originally scheduled for June 22 but our materials came early and job was completed on June 3.
Our project coordinator Machalledid a terrific job explaining every thing about the job and answered all our questions. Both installers Isabel L. and George B. Were very efficient and on time. Kept all areas clean and orderly during the entire project .My wife and I were very impressed and please with the complete job.
Westshore did a Bathroom Remodel and I had to have an additonal grab bar. Frank Scofield was very efficient and did the job in no time.
From beginning to end of this project, everyone that I communicated with was friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman, Larry T. , gave an inform presentation and answered all of my questions. He came by on the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. Our installers Elijah S. and Chris M. were fantastic! They arrived on time. Installers worked hard to complete project
With a huge project of installing 26 new windows, we had an amazing crew from West Shore Home. Quaid, Daniel, David S., Les and David JR. were prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. Even with a day of rain, they worked together quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the end result! The windows are beautiful and the whole crew did quality work and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend West Shore Home!
