We had two bathrooms done in the same day. Two trucks arrived at the expected time. Jacob S, Joe. L , Ryan B and Chris B were great. Professional, personable, respectful team. They worked hard all day and cleaned up and finished by 430. They consulted with us throughout the day and communicated with us as needed. They were a fun bunch of guys! Our salesman, Eric Fisher, was also top notch. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend West Shore!
two teams showed up for the installations. MITCHELL WAS THE LEAD ON ONE TEAM AND DON WITH SUPPORT FROM DAVID AND ALEXANDER. So promp ! All wore mask very professional. They worked together so well. They worked so hard all day, and continuous. I was so impressed by their dedication to perfection. All turned out beautiful!!
Daniel V. Was our design consultant and spent quality time with us, answered our questions as we decided on what shower remodel we wanted. And then Chris, Dalton, and Justin came and installed the new shower, answered any questions we had, did an awesome job all within 5 1/2 hours.
We had Michael and Dalton come out and fix one of the side walls of our walk-in shower. They showed up early, were super professional, wore their masks, and cleaned up after they were done! They even gave us the paper that we never got on the initial install for proper ways to clean our shower in order to maintain our investment! These two more than made up for the initial impression of our first two install techs!!
Jeff & Alexs did the installation Top notch. Completed and gone by 3 pm. Fantastic!
These guys are amazing!! Great value and money can buy. They were quick and efficient, working on TWO bathroom remodeling. They did it all before the day was done. It looks luxurious and well crafted. Incredible company. No rudeness, unprofessional behavior.
I had to have caulking redone in tub/shower. Frank was very professional and quick. My tub/shower looks brand new again.
