Very impressed with response time for our project. Installers Michael & Mike arrived and immediately went to work. They kept us involved during the project, answered any questions we had and were very professional & courteous all day. And they put in a long day! At the end of the day they made sure things were all back in order. Very happy with end result.
West Shore Home installers Jacob S. and Joe L. did a fantastic job converting our bathtub to a shower. They finished in less than a day and answered all of our questions as they did the install. There were a couple of miss communications between the salesman and the install, but those two guys did there best to give us what we were told we were getting.
Responded immediately upon our request for a quote coming out same day late in the evening. Salesman courteous and knowledgeable. Installers Chris M and Jory arrived on time and went to work immediately, working cleanly and leaving no mess behind, Explained door operation and told us how to protect our investment.
we are absolutely thrilled with the quality and beauty of our new bathroom. West Shore Homes did a fantastic job in replacing our old bath tub with a new walk-in shower. We had to wait a couple of additional weeks for our custom shower doors to be made and shipped but it was well worth it. Our door installer, Frank Scofield, was the absolute best - a professional job completed in less than a hour to our complete satisfaction. Great people!
They were quiet, polite and efficient. I would recommend the young men to anyone.

Frank Scofield did an excellent job installing the shower doors a couple cosmetic things. Very professional and clean. Finished in a timely manner.
