Five stars all the way, My installers were Avi and Robert. They were in and out of my home in no time Practiced safety measures during COVID . Very Very satisfied ! I was also happy with my in home quoter He knew his products and advised us . Also safe with face masks
I had a sliding patio door replaced with a standard exterior door with side panels with windows. West Shore Design Consultant, Vernon Carr, was extremely helpful assisting us in designing the door and side panels. Vern was very knowledgeable with the product and with the use of his IPAD app was able to show us exactly what the finished product would look like. From the sales rep, Eric, to customer service, and finally installers Brandon P and Ron B the project was professional and smooth. Eric is very knowledgeable and is able to educate the customer on not only the product, but the entire installation process. Brandon and Ron were friendly and completed the project in a timely manner, with no mess left behind!
In less than 7 hours West Shore politely and efficiently removed a tub and replaced it with a beautiful new shower in a home we just bought. What a wonderful difference it has made to our bathroom. Brandon and Chase did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend West Shore.
I had a tub/shower removed and replaced with a new shower. Kevin and Hunter explained the process as it moved forward. Put down floor coverings and cleaned up afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Looks great!
Already did a review but they were complete professionals. All floors were covered and they did it like they were doing their own homes. Very impressed with the quality of work and the outcome. Would highly recommend.
Both installers, Williams and Derick, were very knowledgeable and professional in their work productivity for replacing bath tub and shower fixture.
