We converted an old bathtub/shower to a new walk-in shower with hand rails. We used West Shore Homes, and our installer Jeff F. was fantastic! He was on time the morning of installation and was finished by 4pm. Jeff F. was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Mike Austin and David did an excellent job! They were friendly and efficient and made sure I knew what they were doing and gave me options and tips about where to put shelves and bars, etc. They protected our long hall rug and the floors and walls as they hauled out the old bathtub and tile. It was an all around pleasant experience and I now have a beautiful new shower!
The installers were great TJ Crandall and Travis Richardson did a great job

had 2 showers replaced same day by 2 crews. Tim and Jeff did guest bath and Drake and Ashton did Master. they got hereat 7:30 AM and both were finished by 3:00PM. great work.

We converted an old surround tub into a walk in shower for my elderly mother. Jeff Aiken and David Munden were on time, courteous, neat and all around wonderful. Jeff was able to answer any and all questions, patiently explaining the details. The house was left in immaculate condition. I never would have know anyone had been there. David even used the leaf blower on the wall to clean the garage and even went so far as to blow the rest of the leaves off the entire driveway!
