put drop cloths down and cleaned like they were never there. Work was excellent. Grant asked questions to make sure they did what I wanted. Sales team not pushy.

The installers Mike J and Jade D were very professional and courteous they also answered any questions I had.The installation was done in a timely manner. And they left the area spotless of any debris from the removal of the old door and installation of the new one. We are very happy with the service provided by your company. We definitely would recommend your business to friends and family.

West Shore was determined to get our project done in a reasonable amount of time. They brought Eve and Raul down from Maryland. They were very prompt, professional, informative and helpful. Explanation of everything that they were doing or going to do. Hope our project wasn't as bad as they were told it was. From beginning to end it took them approximately 8 hrs, with lunch included.
