Great work by West Shore Home in the installation of a new tub and shower unit. Tim E. and Ben. G. were very professional from the time they arrived right through making sure we were satisfied with their work. I recommend anyone thinking about getting a new tub or shower to first call West Shore Home.
I give Jody L. and Brandon F. from West Shore Home a 5 star rating. They removed my old bathtub/shower original to the house and installed a BCI Acrylic shower. After removing the old acrylic walls, shower and bathtub, they then installed particle boards on the walls behind the shower. Jody L. had to redirect some pipes below the floor base. Great company to work with. Everyone involved was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Design consultant Chad very helpful in project planning. Installers Andy and Jose were awesome. Arrived on time. Work was meticulous. Completed job on time. Sometimes, in spite of doing your due diligence, you get burned by contractors. This was not the case with West Shore Home. They may be a large company, but their work ethic does not suffer because of this. We are very pleased with our beautiful new shower.
