Impressive customer service began with our in-home consultation with Ron Beers. He put us at ease immediately. He knew the product and the company well. Installation came early! A week before it was scheduled and it was done in one day. Louie Rose and Mitch Stoubt worked non-stop until the job was complete. They were amazing. They cleaned up after their work was done. So happy with the result. We love our new walk-in shower.
I am so impressed with the timely ness and quality of the work performed by Jerry and Owen today on my bathroom . I� m very pleased with the work performed by Jerry and Owen that I called the company back and asked if I could get my second bathroom refurbished by these two highly competent individuals. Again I want to thank these two workers for their professionalism and timelyness the work completed. Also they never took a break or lunch the whole time they were here.
Installers Jeremy and Torin were very polite, professional and the quality of work was first-rate. They answered my questions and kept me informed of the progression throughout the day. Their friendliness and cleanliness were hands down a plus. The shower is beautiful!
I needed to replace my shower for safety reasons. When Joe Banks came to explain everything he was quite thorough. Installers Joey G and Justin B arrived on time. They took every precaution to protect the rooms they needed to use. Both young men were very courteous and professional. They included me in placement of safety bars and made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend this vendor.
Josh Quick was on time, explained everything that was going on and what he was doing. He did excellent work on our shower.
Josh P. and Jeremy S. were absolutely amazing and a complete joy to work with. They were both exceptionally professional and were careful to ensure I was consulted as needed along the way. They also followed all health and safety protcols as the current pandemic requires. They did an amazing job not only on the shower but cleanup was great too. I would definitely recommend the company but also these gentleman specifically to do the work. Thank you for an awesome job!
John and Tim did an excellent job installing my new front door. They communicated with me and answered all my questions. They were friendly and very clean.
