Their quality is impeccable. The service we received from sales (Chris) and their service guys Tyler, Troy, Shawn, M.J., Sean, and John was awesome - all professional, polite and efficient. We never thought they would complete install in one day for 15 windows.... they DID! West Shore Home has top notch quality product for their windows, we couldn't be any happier. We would recommend West Shore Home to anyone wanting great quality product and excellent sales and service.
The crew (Bernie, Dale, Mike, Rob) were professional and very personable. They dealt with an underlying rot issue without complaint or additional charges. Removed old doors installed new doors and cleaned everything up when done. Love the look and functionality of new doors. Would recommend this company without reservation.
Excellent overall experience starting with sales rep Mr. Kiser who thoroughly explained differences between West Shore products and competitors, West Shore is a superior product. The installation team of Mr. Charles and Mr. Smith were prompt, courteous, professional, answered all questions and requested input where appropriate. Cleanup after the project was impeccable. Extremely satisfied!

It started with my salesperson Jonathan Ptak whos is very professional he is prompt with getting back when you call him for any questions or assistance about your job.....the installers Owen & Henry were also very cautious and did a great job.....

Our installers, Josh and Charlie, did an excellent job installing installing our walk-in shower. They were very thorough in their work, and impressed me with how knowledgeable they were. I am very pleased with my new shower.
Chris and Dave were painstaking, neat and professional. The installation, despite the challenge from a 100 year old house, was flawless.
Tyler, Frank and Kayden did an amazing job replacing the windows on a very old brick building. Some of the windows weren't square, and they custom fit all of the trim pieces to look amazing.
