Troy and Tyler did an excellent job with my windows. One window presented a cosmetic issue for me and they came up with a solution. They are courteous, tidy and efficient! Troy surprised us by playing Pachebel canon on my piano as I was finishing up the paperwork. Great team and great windows.
Installers Dana and Don arrived at my house on time and ready to finish the installation previously installed. There was a piece missing on one of the sides of the bathtub. At first they were going to just add a corner piece to the edge but after more discussion with my husband and the installers it was determined that part of the previous installed siding would need to removed so as to install only one piece instead of two. I replaced my front exterior door which was a custom size. Josh, the salesperson, was great to work with and it took awhile to figure out the best replacement at the best price. Curt S. and John H. were installers and were fantastic! All were extremely polite and professional. I am so happy with the finished product and West Shore Home.

We are very pleased with the work Josh and Charlie completed in removing our old tub/shower and replacing it with a new shower. They listened to our preferences, accommodated our needs, involved us in the process, and updated us throughout the entire job.
We used West Shore to remove our old tub/shower surround and install a new shower/surround. Brett did a great job of explaining our options and the install process. Danny and Trevor completed the installation. They arrived on time and did a beautiful job with our shower. They left everything clean-no mess. Also, they were very pleasant, well mannered gentlemen. There are companies who may have completed our project for less money but we were looking for somebody we could trust to do the job right.
The crew, Steve G, Ralph and Charles were great. Very friendly. On time. Their work was neat. They showed me how to operate windows and gave me information should any window need an adjustment. When I do my lower floor windows I will ask for this crew again.
West Shore Home did a phenomenal job front the start of our project to its completion. Our design consultant, Ryan Palm, started the ball rolling. His knowledge about the products and professionalism were outstanding.
