our installer,Joe L, did a great job. He was here on time and did the job in one day and cleaned up after he was done. The shower is beautiful. With the plywood behind the walls and under the base make it feel sturdy and made it possible to install safety grab bars.t Everything was done exactly as shown in their commercial. Again, I was impressed with the job done by Joe L. The installation and information he gave was great. It was a good choice to go with West Shore and would use them again.
David Don Angie Jerry were professional and made me feel special. The work was done efficiently and my house was left spotless. They answered my questions and provided additional information.
Angie and Jerry were my installers and by far they were the best. They were neat, courteous, and explained each area they were doing prior to fixing it. I would not hesitate to recommend either one for an install. If I could afford it, I would have them do more projects. They can come to my house at any time.
Dana and Ernie were our installers for our new shower. This shower is for my mother's safety and convenience. Great job done! Totally would want these guys back for any further remodels done to our place. I thought the bathroom remodel price was a high. Had to be done as my mother just experienced her 2nd fall and other knee cap broken.
Replaced a claw-foot tub with a shower in a very small bathroom. Corey & Jason did a great job with having to work in the cramped space of this old bathroom. Worked all day without taking more then a few minutes break. Also it was great to have workers that talked pleasantly. We did not hear any bad language from either of them the whole time no matter what obstacle they encountered.

I am incredibly pleased with my tub-to-shower conversion! Moreover, I cannot say enough about the customer service provided by the installers (Brady and Zack). Personable, patient and professional, they communicated and guided me though the entire installation. When a problem was encountered as a result of a leaking roof issue (no fault of theirs), I was gutsick. They not only explained what the issue was, but how to correct it. Tony and Eric were extremely polite and provided the answers to all my questions. Job was done professionally and the cleanup was outstanding.
Roger, James and Cody did a wonderful job of installing my new Front Door. A+++++++++ to them. The door looks wonderful and I am happy to made this purchase. The 3 guys were all very nice, they worked hard and they did a great clean-up once they were finished. I most certainly would recommend West Shore Home and their employees with pleasure.
