We had West Shore Homes install new shower/tub for us and they did a great job! Sam H. and Mike C. were two very nice, professional guys, who worked very hard and did such a Nice job! Love our new shower! Thank You !!

The remodeling of our bathroom from a shower tub to a spa like shower is a awesome experience. It was a all day project but Justin H. ,Sam H. ,Chris T. , and Ray L did a wonderful job. Thank You!!

We were supposed to have an install on Tuesday Dec. 16 between 8 and 10, You called us and canceled that morning. So it begins, we called to cancel to install because we will not be available the rest of December all of January and into February. We were told if we cancel, we must pay 35% of contract, but here's the kicker we never received a contract. no paper at appointment, no emails. You can check your sent folder and fine you never sent it. therefore, we never had the chance to read the contract. So, my wife and I want... read more

Had a sales rep come to my mother’s house (she’s 66 and retired) to give a quote. She wasn’t happy with it so they sent out another rep a couple days later to give a quote that was a bit better. Mom was still reluctant. In order to get the job done we were told that we have to get the old walls taken out and replaced because even though it’s a bathroom remodel west shore doesn’t touch the walls outside the bathtub. ***Buyer Beware*** We were pressured into signing on the spot to get the "deal" with no time to read a 37 page agreement that was sent to an email AFTER signing an ipad box with no context. The salesman never offered for us to read the agreement nor did he mention the 37 page document or cancellation fee. We cancelled 2 months before install and they are telling us we owe 35% of the 11K

I am sorry that we used this company. It has been a nightmare trying to get them to complete the job. Excuses and I'm trying. The worst customer service ever.
