The salesman came to our house and we set up a door and new shower installation. The timeline we were given was much shorter than what it actually ended up taking. The guys came to start the job. After the first crew installed the door they went to help with the bathroom then left. The other worker came down and apologized for the men that left. He said they were speaking very vulgar and he hoped our children didn't hear it. Then they put the wrong shower faucet on and forgot to bring an extra shower shelf like we requested.... read more

Was pleased with their ability to be flexible, listen, and respond when things didn't go as planned. Through no fault of their own we were unable to complete the agreed job and had to consider another route. Unfortunate for us as we believe their quality was the best.

Benny came to give me a quote. When he didn’t like what I said he became very unprofessional and started mumbling under his breath. Then proceeded to act oblivious to his actions. I’m going to save my coins and go with someone else.

Nothing affordable about West Shore. Their quote for windows was 3 times more than other window companies. Sales person was a bit on the high pressure side too. Wanted us to sign the day of the visit. Kept putting down other window companies. Very disappointed in WestShore. My opinion is their commercials are just false advertising.

My mother Brenda sharp has been trying to get ahold of someone for three weeks now for their shower that was installed it is leaking water all over the place when they take a shower and nobody will return her call for service and I feel like she is paying all this money for it and nobody will come out and fix it is getting to the point where if someone doesn’t come out and fix it will be an lawsuit I feel like that is ruining my bathroom floor where I will have to put more money into my floor to fix what the shower has cause... read more

This place is a complete JOKE! worst experience ever. Will never do business with them again. Purchased a home back in June. Rep came out went over door options. Picked out the door we wanted. He said someone would be coming out to measure and that it would take 14 to 16 weeks before it would arrive. Got a call in October that it was going to be installed 1st week of November. knowing the door hadn't been shipped . It then got moved to Nov 21. once again no door. I will never use your company or any of your products. I have a elderly mother that your company took her for $7000. for just a tub surrounding and nothing fancy at all. you seen she was on a walker. she fell first thing because the surface was slick. the bars you put in inside surround started rusting within 6 months. when I tried to cancel this I was told since my mother signed the agreement and you were told she has 2 POA people and you would not cancel the appointment. . you need to be compassionate toward elderly peopl... read more

I called the Louisville no. looking for help with my walk-in tub purchased several years ago. The girl who answered the phone would not let me speak as she was telling me about an around the neck safety devise I was entitled to if I would answer as she said a few questions. She was very impolite and talked over me. I am having a big problem with my Jacuzzi Walk-in Tub where I cannot get any water into this tub. For what they charge to just do the shower I could get my entire bathroom done… it’s plastic walls which brings no value to your house..
