I called the Louisville no. looking for help with my walk-in tub purchased several years ago. The girl who answered the phone would not let me speak as she was telling me about an around the neck safety devise I was entitled to if I would answer as she said a few questions. For what they charge to just do the shower I could get my entire bathroom done… it’s plastic walls which brings no value to your house..

Don’t let these people in your home we did wanted a estimate and poof we are signed up for a 9000.00 install witch in my opinion is Ridiculous the catch is you only have a 3 day window to cancel witch was never brought up and if you decide to cancel they say you still have to pay 35% again never mentioned at the time of the visit I guess in the salesman’s words WE CAN SKIP THIS PART was the portion concerning the cancellation and 35% fee totally feel violated..
Very professional. They were on time. Did not waste anytime. and did not take breaks like a lot of others do. After using, we found out the shower head is not very good for our situation. We have two special needs children and the large head does not work well. Called and asked for the smaller head. Found one at Lowes for $60.00. They said that since it was not defective there was no replacement. The sales rep said that he would reimburse, but that won't happen. It is not his responsibility.
