Our installers Ray B. & Ron D. were prompt, professional and polite. When there was follow-up work needed, West Shore sent out another technician, Steve(?) who not only corrected an issue, his repair was exceptional! Thank you to all the staff at West Shore for making this a good experience - and highly recommend them!
Many thanks to H and Jordan for a job well done. These are two hard working fine gentlemen who did a wonderful job.If I needed work done again I would gfladly want these two gentlemen.
Jeremiah S. and Jordan were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job, even though our shower space had some quirks, they were able to figure out a solution. I love my beautiful new shower and would recommend this company.
Collin Todd can out and looked at the project, showed me sample ideas and gave me a great price. He was very professional! Patrick and Shcyuler were also very professional and did an amazing job. They arrived on time, went to work and completed the project in the one day as promised. They did a great job including the clean up! 100% satisfaction! Ruth C.
The installer were very professional
Company kept me informed and up to date of the timetable for installation. Technicians Mike C. and Trevor arrived on the date and time that was agreed upon. They were professional and courteous. There was not any goofing off and had all materials and equipment in hand. They did a good job with clean-up and debriefing.
True professionals and excellent workmanship by all. From the Design Consultant Anthony, to the installers, Michael M., Greg, and Vernard all we can say is wow! Michael and Greg from one veteran to another Thank you for your service. Will defiantly recommend to friends and use West Shore Homes in the future.
Patrick and Schyuler were professional and did an outstanding job in removing my bathtub and tile around wall. They added new shower fixtures and new ceramic walls and flooring. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Outstanding!!!
Technicians were courteous and professional. They were punctual and experienced. Owners should protect floors in addition to business protection applied especially to hardwood floors areas. Michael M. and Brian E., Greg and DQ all did a terrific job!
