Outstanding service performed by our agents Patrick and Greg. They were very professional and the work they provided was magnificent. Lovely workmanship and the outcome was simply amazing and beautiful. The work they performed was nothing short of superb. You must have provided your most seasoned agents. I must also thank Wesley Dearing for setting up this project for my husband and I. He was very friendly and cordial and answered all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. I will definitely recommend West Shore.Home... read more
Nate did an excellent job. He answered questions completely and in a manner that I could understand. When I had no idea where to place grab bars, he made suggestions and explained the reasons. Nate even asked if I wanted the shower head lower than normal (I'm under 5 feet).
I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The initial consultation was great. The sales representative arrived on time and was very patient and informative when talking with us. Everything was explained in detail and all options were explored before making a final decision. On install day Joe and Jordan arrived on time and really took their time to complete the job. They were well prepared for all of the unforeseen issues they ran into and completed the install with no problem. They were very professio... read more
I inherited a old farmhouse that needed a lot of work. The bathtub was original from the 1930s so you can imagine. Greg, Mike M. and Jeremiah did an incredible job giving me a beautiful shower that completely turned by bathroom into something now I can show off and not be embarrassed about. They were professional in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Michael M. And Greg were amazing. Extremely professional and used manners. Explained the whole process before starting and then explained the maintenance. I would recommend Michael and Greg for my next bathroom. Also, the sales person Sam was very thorough and not pushy. Took his time explaining everything. This was a great team.
The installers, Nate & Isaiah, were on time, interactive, polite, hardworking. They explained the procedure, both removal and installation. When a problem arose, they explained why the part of the install could not be done so that I could understand. Cleanup was very speedy and complete. I would have them back for other work that I have in the future.
Hector and Q fantastic job taking The bathtub out changing it to a standup shower I will hire again excellent job thank you also The sales consultant Lauren Krummel Was very knowledgeable and every detail about the shower install thanks to all for a great job
Installers Brian and DQ very professional and did an outstanding job. They made sure we were happy every step of the way.
The installers, Brian, Brandon & Gregory, arrived on-time and installed a new shower. They had to remove an old jacuzzi and did so in a speedy manner. They installed the shower and cleaned up everything very well. I am impressed at how professional they were. They also seem to enjoy their jobs and were in a cheerful and friendly mood all day. I highly recommend them.
