workers were very prompt and friendly. I didn't like the sequence of installation, but understood why it was done in such a manner for their type of business. I was discouraged from getting decorating help with the finished look of the bathroom before remodeling began and I'm very sorry that I allowed them to sway me. If I had an issue, it was resolved quickly.
We had a problem the first night and had a hard time getting someone to fix the problem, but did contact someone and the problem was taken care of.
When you sign the contract dont expect to hear from the Sales Person again. Their work is good but they do not pay attention to detail. I had a new Toilet installed and they never replaced the shutoff valve (that leaked) or the tubing.
Quality Advantage's in-home presentation made our bathroom remodeling project very easy to order at a satisfactory price. We were extremely pleased with the removal and installation stages of the project. The results are very satisfying. The sales rep 'promised' we would be so pleased with the results that we would have them do the 2nd bathroom as well. He was right, we have placed the order for the 2nd project..
Although the workmen were very good and worked hard, I had to keep on top of the office with regard to timing and billing. I was billed for items I was not supposed to be charged and had to have credits issued. I had to call to verify that changes made to the installation were made as requested (they had not been). Overall they do very good work but you just have to stay on top of the work order and billing.
There aren� t enough characters given for me to begging to explain this company. Long of the short two day job turns into a year long process, and at the end of it I have leaking window damage to my house and all kinds of frustrating interactions with this staff. The product was satisfactory at installation except the doors continued to slide open. The glass doors are standard and the screws come loose on the handles. Regular caulk is used so mildew has already attached and can't be removed. Mildew grows behind the bench and can't be cleaned which harbors growth continually in the stall. The doors track is impossible to get cleaned. We are going to have the entire thing replaced.
Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. We called West Shore and they had somebody out within two hours to stop and fix the leaking.
