I highly recommend that you make sure that your installers technicians are Avi, Robert and Joe. They will be completely professional and very knowledgeable about the job they are doing. They will do awesome work.

After 2 hours, I told the sales rep that I needed to leave for an MD appointment. He indicated he would email me the quote we discussed. After 10 days, I have no quote. I even called the office to request the quote. Although the product looked exceptional, I would not use them.

Took out old tub and installed new tub but did not fix any of drywall that they decided to cut extra to install new tub. Left us with extra work and now have to hire someone else to finish their mess they left.

I was hopeful about this company with a brief from the salesman about their quality of work and professional work and online reviews. I was looking forward to recommending this company to family and friends. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. On day 1 the worker did not know he had to remove tile in the shower and wall until I finally stepped in to tell him. He would have done the job incorrectly had I not stepped in. The muddier, Steve, was unresponsive to any talk at all. He was a muddier that didn't mud all of the places that he should have, and what he muddied he didn't go back and sand down, and of course it was right in front of the toilet. He did such a bad job on the ceiling that they had to send in two additional people, and they did an amazing job. I felt like I over paid for work I could have done myself and done right the first time. They had to keep coming back to fix things they broke or did a bad job on the first and second time. Everything was rushed.

Crew that was sent to the house had to be constantly supervised in order to ensure the job was done right. Nearly forgot to install second shower head. Nearly forgot to install heated floor. Had to rip up and redo tiles because they were not level. Cannot recommend.

Job was scheduled to be completed in 2 days, it took 3 days to complete. If it weren't for caulking this job would not of got completed in 3 days??? I definitely did not get my money's worth!!! When the shower walls were installed the back top hade a bow about 6" down and in about 2". It was okay with the installer, until I said it was not okay with me.

We actually hired them to remodel the bathroom. They brought the tub/shower, commode and flooring. We provided the cabinets, sink and mirror but they installed it. It only took 2 days but we finished (pathcing) and painted the walls. If you are a partial do it yourself person this is the company for you. If not, go with someone else who will do it all for you.
