David Lennox, the design consultant, was very professional and thorough in explaining WSH process. He was fantastic as was the inststallation crew!
Great to work with the various staff members with the company. Everyone very nice and professional. It all started with David the sales guy. He know so much about kangaroos because he is from Australia. Love his accent. Very accommodating and willing to handle issues we encountered even after the shower install for my 85 year old mother with Dementia. We had to make some minor changes and had to add a shower door. I owe my beautiful shower to the awesome teamwork of Travis, Ivan and Cameron. West Shore definitely sent their "A" Team. And my poor designer, David Lennox...I probably had him pulling his hair out because I kept changing my mind, but he was always available, patient and accommodating and happy to help. I love my new walk-in shower. My "A" TEAM gave me a shower that's exactly as I dreamed it-beautiful, spacious and rich looking! Thank you guys for a top notch professional job!
Everyone was terrific. From sales to service I was treated with courtesy and kindness. No question was too big or too small. Salesman understood what I wanted and helped me to pick exactly the right product without a high pressure sales pitch. Schedulers worked to get my job done 10 days earlier. Work crew was on time, diligent, and very respectful of me and my home. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. And, most importantly, I love my new bathtub!
The installers were polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They consulted me as they did the work to ensure that is what I wanted. Also they cleaned up very well and hauled away any items that I did no longer needed in that old shower. It was a very good experience for me and i will gladly show my neighbors and friends the finished shower! l
Brandon and Ivan were amazing! I had my shower tub converted into a walk-in shower. The guys showed up at 8:30am and by 6:30pm. I had a whole new bathroom. It looks fantastic! As Brandon and Ivan tore out the old tub, they found some pretty serious issues under the floor and behind the walls. They fixed the problems and continued doing their magic. A little expensive but the work quality and turn-around time is great. Less than two week lead time and the whole project took less than two days. The workers (Dillon, Gill, and one more) were courteous, professional, and clean.
