Josh came out and fixed the issue.
David and Dylan was very professional. They answered all questions and kept me informed of every thing they were doing or going to do. They kept their word and had my new shower installed in three days as promised. They were very clean and left my home in the same condition it was in when they arrived. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend West Shore Home. Keep up the good work David and Dylan , you guys were great.
Terrible experience through and through. First installer left half way for being sick. I had to make many calls to get a reschedule. Second guy came in angry because he was made to work on his off day. He yelled at me when I asked a question on city inspection. Sales man told me the wrong things. Second crew left some equipment on my bathroom counter and permanently stained the surface. Oh their customer services were dreadful!
