I am very happy with the job that Juan and Demond did on my tub to shower conversion. They were on time, did a great job, were careful not to damage anything in my home and cleaned up everything after they completed the job. I would recommend a 5* rating for the job they did.
We couldn't be more pleased with West Shore Homes. We actually had two bathrooms done at the same time. Both crews lead by Robert and Alanzo were very good. They were respectiveful with the house (a historic home at that!) and left the sites very clean. But most of all, the showers look amazing! We highly recommend them if you're thinking about a bathtub/shower conversion!
We had a walk-in shower installed. Our installers were Antonia Deonte Logan they were all respectful, polite and willing to explain what was going on each step of the way. We had a Friday appointment that was moved up to Wednesday which was great. We had questions about the plywood getting moldy so they replaced it with concrete board. We would give them a 5 out of 5 rating. They cleaned up after themselves and were gone in record time.
Even though it took 3 days to finalize our shower, we are still very pleased with the work and the results. We know it took longer because of having to wait for an inspector twice. The technicians, Dustin, Ali, and James, were very respectful and pleasant to communicate with. We highly recommend this company.
My installation went very smoothly. My installer (Rossi) was very punctual and finished the job sooner than I expected. He was very professional and left my bathroom clean. Would highly recommend
