They are courteous, well trained, and do excellent work. Josh M. and Matt J. came to my home and did a great job. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the care they took to get the job done with little impact on the surrounding areas. I love my new walk-in shower! The WestShore representative explained the process of converting my old bathtub, the payment options, etc. and helped me finalize the plans. The installers were prompt, kept me informed on the progress and allowed periodic “checks” on the work being done. When minor work to reroute old plumbing was necessary, they corrected the problem at no cost to me. All was completed on time and the bathroom and workspace outside were cleaned up properly. I am so grateful for this company from their model, product, consultant, and excellent customer service and professionalism of the crew that completed both my bathrooms in 8 hours! 5 stars! West Shore Home installed a walk-in shower and we are very pleased with the work done. I have to admit I was very skeptical that it could be done in one day but our installers, Christian B. and Jose G., were very good at what they do. They were very professional and courteous.
